Cruise Routes & Drive Groups – Colorado Z Fest 2026
We’re still finalizing some amazing routes and will post full details ahead of Colorado Z Fest.
Tentative Cruise Schedule
Wednesday – To be determined
Thursday – To be determined
Friday – We'll kick off the day with a scenic drive to and across the Royal Gorge Bridge as part of a charity fundraiser. We’ll pause on the bridge for group photos. We’ll also cruise nearby Skyline Drive — a short, dramatic route not to be missed.
Cruise Groups
As 2026 marks the inaugural Colorado Z Fest, we expect a more relaxed, casual vibe for all cruise groups. However, we’ll still match drivers by pace and experience to keep things safe and enjoyable.
Group A – Advanced: Fast-paced drive for experienced drivers only. Approval by the CZF Team is required for this group.
Group B – Spirited: A fun, slightly brisk pace for confident drivers.
Group C – Casual: Ideal for those new to group drives or who prefer a laid-back cruise.
More details are coming soon — stay tuned!
Charity Drive at the
Royal Gorge Bridge
Soaring Heights and Breathtaking Views
Join us for a one-of-a-kind charity drive on the highest suspension bridge in the United States—the Royal Gorge Bridge. This engineering marvel rises 956 feet above the Arkansas River, offering breathtaking views, unforgettable photo ops, and the thrill of driving across one of Colorado’s most iconic attractions.
LEAG-Z Scholarship
The LEAG-Z Scholarship is a dedicated trade school scholarship created to support students pursuing careers in vocational or technical training within the automotive field. This scholarship is designed to ease the financial burden associated with skilled trades by helping offset tuition, fees, and the cost of essential tools and equipment.
Whether a student aspires to become a certified mechanic, auto body technician, or automotive fabricator, the LEAG-Z Scholarship invests in their future by ensuring they have the resources to thrive.
Pikes Peak
“156 Turns Where the Sky Meets the Mountains”
Pikes Peak Highway is a 19-mile paved road that ascends to the 14,115-foot summit of Pikes Peak, one of Colorado’s most iconic landmarks. The drive offers unmatched views of the surrounding mountains, valleys, and even distant plains on clear days.
Along the way, visitors can stop at scenic overlooks, lakes, and picnic areas to fully appreciate the alpine environment.
Skyline Drive
“Not Just a Drive, But an Experience”
Skyline Drive, located in Cañon City, is a short but thrilling 2.6-mile one-way road that follows a mountain ridge. Built in 1905, the drive offers sweeping views of the Arkansas River Valley, Royal Gorge, and Cañon City below. A highlight of this route is the interpretive display of dinosaur tracks embedded in the cliff face, offering a glimpse into prehistoric history. With steep inclines, no guardrails, and sharp drop-offs, the road is best suited for cautious drivers looking to experience a truly unique perspective of the area.
Gold Belt Scenic Byway
"Where Colorado’s Gold Rush Lives On"
This 135-mile scenic route connects Cripple Creek and Victor, tracing the historic travel routes of the gold rush era. It includes parts of Phantom Canyon Road, which offers a unique drive with scenic views and the remnants of a former railroad.
