Checking In Hotel Terms-Conditions 

Reservation Notes:

• All reservations require a first night’s room and tax as a deposit at the time of booking.

• Incidental expenses will be the responsibility of each guest.  At the time of check-in guests will need to present a valid credit card to the front desk.  Individual credit cards will be authorized in the amount of $100.00 per day, three (3) day maximum. 

Early Departure Fee:

• In the event a guest has reserved a guest room within the room block and checks out prior to the reserved checkout date, an early departure fee of $99.00 will be charged to the guest.
